Help Us Build a Library for Rural Children

Primary education is the first step in every child’s educational journey. It is during these formative years that the foundation for learning, curiosity and lifelong growth is built.

For several decades, Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Junior Basic School, under the Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal, Sagroli, has been nurturing this foundation and empowering children through quality education.

Located in a remote region on the border of Maharashtra and Telangana, the school currently provides education to more than 800 students from farming and agricultural labour families, from Classes I to VII.

Our Initiative: A Library for Every Young Reader

We believe that access to books can open new worlds for children. To cultivate a love for reading, curiosity and imagination among our students, we have taken up the initiative to establish a dedicated library at the school.

Our goal is to raise ₹1,00,000 to create a meaningful collection of age-appropriate books and build a vibrant reading space where children can discover, learn and dream beyond the boundaries of their surroundings.

Be a Part of This Journey

You can contribute to this initiative in either of two ways:
– Donate books suitable for children from Classes I to VII.
– Make a financial contribution towards building and developing the library.
Every book donated and every contribution made will help bring the joy of reading closer to a child.
Your support today can help shape the rural India of tomorrow.
Let us come together to give these young minds the gift of books, knowledge and imagination.
