“Futures Begin: 38 Students Shine Bright in Campus Interviews at the SSM’ MCVC Department”
It’s excellent to hear about the proactive approach taken by the HSC Vocational College to provide immediate employment opportunities for its students. The organization of annual recruitment drives in collaboration with various establishments demonstrates a commitment to facilitating a smooth transition from education to the workforce.
The recent recruitment drive held on February 9th in the Waluj MIDC area of Chhatrapati Shivaji Junior College (Business Studies), Sagroli, featured prominent companies such as Laxmi Agni Forgings, Rucha Engineering, BG Li in Electrical, Aurangabad Auto Ancillary, and Dhoot Transmissions. This diverse participation from different sectors adds to the richness of employment opportunities offered to the students.
It’s commendable that 38 students, comprising 32 males and 6 females, from Naigaon, Dharmabad and Degloor were selected in this drive. The fact that these students will be joining these companies after completing their twelfth-grade board exams reflects the practicality and effectiveness of the program in ensuring immediate employment for its graduates.
This initiative not only benefits the students by providing them with job opportunities but also strengthens the connection between educational institutions and industries.
