- The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the donor’s account may vary based on the payment method used.
- Donors are required to submit proof of transaction and a written refund request within 2 days of the donation.
- Receipt Return Requirement:
- If a donation receipt has already been issued, the donor must return the original receipt to SSM’s official address to complete the refund process.
- International Donations:
- Refunds for international donations may require additional processing time due to variations in banking and financial protocols.
