    • Refunds cannot be processed if a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, as SSM adheres to relevant tax regulations.

    • Refunds will be initiated within 15 working days upon receiving a valid refund request, along with necessary documentation.
    • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the donor’s account may vary based on the payment method used.
    • Donors are required to submit proof of transaction and a written refund request within 2 days of the donation.
  3. Receipt Return Requirement:
    • If a donation receipt has already been issued, the donor must return the original receipt to SSM’s official address to complete the refund process.
  4. International Donations:
    • Refunds for international donations may require additional processing time due to variations in banking and financial protocols.
